Boost Your Fitness

This course is for those who only need to make small changes to their lives and are set for a challenge! It is packed with activities, work outs & workshops that will set you off on a new life or boost your current routines. You will learn all you need to change your daily routines for the better, tone up & loose weight as a bonus!
The course includes accommodation, all nutritious & healthy meals and a full programme of outdoor activities & work outs. Alcohol intake is limited and no smoking is a requisite.
These are generally mixed courses or gender only courses.

Live Healthier

This course is a balance of gentle activities for the older or less adventurous in the form of walks, cycling, swimming & work shops on nutrition, cooking tips & menus. The course includes accommodation, all nutritious & healthy meals which you are encouraged to be involved in the preparation of. A full programme of activities & work outs. Alcohol intake is limited and no smoking is a requisite. These are mixed gender courses.

Life changing

This is the course for those who are committed to the big change and want results fast! It is a combination of all our courses and involves dedication and commitment to cope with diet change, non drinking, non smoking and strict exercise routines. The course includes accommodation, all nutritious & healthy meals and a full programme of outdoor activities & work outs. These are generally mixed courses or gender only courses.

It Takes Two

A courses for couples who want to make the pledge to change the way they lead their lives together for the better! The course is similar to Boost Your Fitness, but with time scheduled to cook a few recipes. Includes accommodation, all nutritious & healthy meals and a full programme of outdoor activities & work outs. Alcohol intake is limited and no smoking is a requisite.

Little Beastie - Day Bootcamps

If you are not sure a residential Bootcamp is for you or you want to get to know us more, then try our day Bootcamp. Turn up to 07.00 ready to start with a 'High Intensity Impact Training' session followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast it's off for an outdoor activity to keep the muscles toning & the fat burning. The afternoon follows a healthy lunch before undertaking another activity to work your body a little more. We return to base for a relax session before taking a shower ready for a meet & munch with the instructors. A chance to ask & talk through questions whilst trying some real healthy snacks!
